Wouldn't it be refreshing if food was sold with real transparency.  Our food products are gimmicky, they are fake and have useless marketing information created to lure but not educate. 
A food company that published "made on" date is honest and refreshing. 
It protests everything horrible about the current state of our food industry.

Data is currency and yet its difficult for medical researchers to get their hands on it.  Companies have ways to learn all they can about their potential consumers  and track our information to target consumers like vultures - its disgusting. We need a device that collects data for the sake of the greater good - medical research  and inevitably makes medical research less expensive.  It would have the power to collects data about anything that can measure our health and send it to medical research for those who are willing to select the send my info to medical research checkbox.
