It's scary being a new driver on the road and even more scary for parents who with a blink of an eye have their once baby in diapers on the road. I am not there yet but the thought gives me shivers today.
Thousands of people earn their license every single
day many of them teenagers with anxious parents not so ready to send off their kids onto the world. 
A new driver sign in a side window alerts nearby drivers and maybe they will take heart and take it easy on the new driver as they navigate their way on the road.

5. Device that tracks and shares medical information

Data is currency and yet its difficult for medical researchers to get their hands on it.  Companies have ways to learn all they can about their potential consumers  and track our information to target consumers like vultures - its disgusting. We need a device that collects data for the sake of the greater good - medical research  and inevitably makes medical research less expensive.  It would have the power to collects data about anything that can measure our health and send it to medical research for those who are willing to select the send my info to medical research checkbox.
